Who are you prospecting for REO business? Some ideas shared at the meeting were
- local banks
- attorneys
- credit unions
- investors
- delinquent property tax listing
- asset managers
- your personal bank
- your sphere of influence
- appraisers
- who else? If you have other suggestions post them in the blog comments
And totally off topic...anyone interested in joining my "Mike Shanahan for Lions coach" campaign?
I'm totally with you for Mike Shanahan!! He has the most important criteria - a name that starts with an "M". Even tho it's his first name - it should still count!
