"Good morning to all! Don't forget to ask everyone you come into contact with if they would like to invest in an REO property! Last week I was able to add 2 past clients to my top 10 list by asking the question!" - Robin Love
"The back steps look great!!! I'm glad the paint smell is gone!!" - Val Potts
"I will be going to Pontiac on thursday dec 11 to check my listings. If you need pictures taken , a house checked let me know . I am sure my fee will be less than your cost to go there and do it yourself. I will need to know by thursday at 9 am if you want me to include your property in this trip." - George Bush x 1409
As mentioned in the meeting today, the REO Properties Utility Services form 340 was updated 12/4/08. Chris has updated the form on the website. Look for it on RC transaction desk sometime next week at the latest - Realcomp could not give me a firm date. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteIf you're using the Transaction Desk, remember to print out a "Fax Back Cover Sheet" and take it with you on your Listing Appointments and Buyer Appointments. Explain to your Clients how the Form works and what a time saver it is for both them and you during a Transaction. I also include it in my packages that I drop off to other Agents when negotiating a deal. Even if the other Agent does not use the Transaction Desk, they are happy to use the "Fax Back Cover Sheet". Just explain to them how it works and what to do with it.
