
Bob Bohlen shared the following list with Preview Properties.com real estate agents in his recent business planning session. Since this is the first full work week of the year, it's a good time for these reminders:
Going into 2009 here is ALL THAT MATTERS if you want to increase your GCI:
1) Have an ideal day schedule.
2) Have an ideal week schedule.
3) Daily accountability.
4) Weekly accountability with your top prospect list.
5) Increase the number of face to faces in 2009 vs. 2008 by 20% – 30%.
6) Do more prequalification of your face to face appointments.
7) Just ask questions.
8) Make sure you have plenty of 25’s, 50’s, 100’s.
9) Remember your personal job description is only to prospect, list, negotiate, sell and lead by example.
10) Hold all of those around you daily accountable.
