We announced the May's top salespeople yesterday. A few interesting facts to share with you regarding our top agents:
Rhiannon McCarty's Ann Arbor residential transaction in May set a record for the highest-priced home to sell through Preview Properties - ever. In addition, it was the highest-priced residential property to sell in Washtenaw County through May this year.
George Bush's vacant land transactions were the highest-priced transactions to sell in Genessee County through May this year.
Julie Fischer closed 19 sides in May, a record number of transactions for the last year and beyond. Through May, she had closed 57 transactions this year, which is 25 transactions or 78% more than her closest competitor in this stat, Rich Kownacki, who had 32 transactions through May this year.
