Received this note from Holly Koch, a Preview Properties.com Realtor, yesterday:
"Took this video of my seller and the buyer for their house during closing recently. Seller is on the right...don't know where the horns came from because these were the wives!"
That is great, the fact that you got them on video, and on top of that got them to successfully close after locking horns - so to speak.
