Preview Properties.com just inked a telecommunication system deal so our staff and real estate agents (at no charge to them) will have:
1) Voice mail to e-mail capability (e-mail shows up in your in-box).
2) Everyone gets their own fax number to get digital faxes.
3) Caller ID log so you can see who has called you.
4) Ability to record phone conversations (it's legal in Michigan, we checked).
5) Every phone will forward to another number if chosen.
6) Every phone has two-way speaker capability.
7) Our Lansing office can be covered by our Brighton receptionist.
Oh, and did I mention it will save our company over $25K per year, too! We all win. Special thanks to Chris Bonish for sorting through all of our options.
The vendor will conduct training for agents and staff on August 18. The system will be installed on August 19.
