Thanks for feedback on the customer service survey forms at Tuesday's sales meeting. We listened. We will start including a printed customer service survey in the envelopes included in your closing package. So if you prefer for the customer to complete the survey during closing and bring it back to the office with you, you may do so. They may still complete the survey online if they wish.
Return the survey to Lisa Bohlen and your clients will be entered into the monthly drawing for a $25 restaurant card. We have distributed the following gift cards since May:
