Scotty's Fish & Chips, a beloved fish and chip emporium according to the Detroit Free Press, is coming to Brighton as a franchise that will operate in the afternoon and evening at Lynn's Cafe, after Lynn's finishes serving breakfast and lunch at 2 p.m. - starting next week.
