We will have it in place by the end of January.
LeadTrax will help us become more efficient in managing and converting our leads.
It will enable us to:
- Aggregate all of our company leads into one system.
- Assign leads to sales associates and keep track of their progress.
- Automatically follow up with sales associates based on specific business rules we establish. If you participate in accepting leads, we will require updates on a regular basis.
- Set up rules to send automatic email notifications to leads, which will keep our company brand in front of potential customers!
- Run reports to determine what lead sources are generating the most bang for our buck!
A big part of this plan will be to obtain information on people who conduct searches on our website. Right now, we only get website leads if the person has questions. In a few weeks, we will start requiring a person to provide their name and e-mail address before they use our search. They’ll also be able to provide their phone number, but that will be an optional field. We are setting this registration up so that on repeat visits they will be “remembered” and so will not have to provide this information again. Although we had some initial concerns about turning people off of our website, we conducted research and found that most of our competitors required registration.
We will also feed our company Realtor.com ad leads and any other leads we get through this system. In addition, we will consider feeding floor calls through it, especially on weekends when we don’t have coverage.
