Successful people maintain balance in their lives by setting goals in the 7 areas of their lives.
Attitude is the willingness to express your thoughts and feelings on what you perceive. You can have a positive (passion, driven, persistent, commitment) attitude, or you can have a negative one (lazy, complaining, excuses, procrastination). You decide.
The 7 fundamental selling skills are:
1. Prospecting (referral or non-referral)
2. Original contact (trust/like/respect)
3. Qualification skills (be sure you know who the decision maker is)
4. Presentation skills (how you present yourself)
5. Overcoming objections
6. Closing skills
7. Follow up and get referrals (just ask).
