Preview Properties.com's Realtor Sandy Baker will be hosting a Free Educational Short Sale Seminar for homeowners on Thursday, March 22 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
Marisa Petrella, Attorney with Petrella Brown, PLLC will present information to homeowners and answer questions. Topics will include:

2. How will it impact me?
3. Will my deficiency be waived?
4. What are the pros and cons of short sale versus foreclosure?
