Realtor.com Apps - a great connection between buyer and Realtor

Realtor.com posted this funny video - why do guys in towels running down the middle of streets make me laugh?  But seriously, the Realtor.com app (for Iphone or Droid) is great for connecting buyers and Realtors.  Either party can "invite" the other to connect and then share interesting listings, ask for showings and share notes.  You can draw areas with you finger on your Iphone / Ipad / Droid to search, so you can be as specific or broad as you want to.  From the app you can also post listings on Facebook or Twitter.  Check it out (but watch the video first...).
