Backpacks for Kids - Fundraiser coming to a close

Just a reminder - we are still collecting items for our "Backpack for Kids" project but it is coming to an end.

We have collected about $150 with our past two CITO potlucks, and we have another brunch scheduled for next Tuesday, August 10 starting at 8:30 a.m. See sign up sheets around the building for the brunch.

Bring in your backpack items by next Tuesday (August 10). Here's a list of some appropriate items:

Supply Wish List for Lower Elementary Students Kindergarten thru 3rd Grade
• Sturdy age/size appropriate backpacks
• No. 2 pencils
• Crayons (24 pack)
• Glue Sticks
• Jumbo colored pencils
• Ruler
• Scissors
• Markers (Washable, Unscented, Primary Colors)
• Large Erasers (Pink type)
• Pencil box or holder for desk

Supply Wish List for Upper Elementary Students 4th thru 6th Grades
• Sturdy age/size appropriate backpacks
• No. 2 pencils
• Red, Black, Blue pens (regular, erasable)
• Glue sticks
• Colored pencils
• Ruler
• Markers
• Two pocket folders (Duo-Tang or similar)
• Small/Large Erasers

• Three ring wide ruled loose leaf paper
