Italian Cooking Class - Mirepoix / Holiday Market in Royal Oak

Some Preview Properties agents were lucky enough to be the guests of John Bommarito of Attorneys Title Agency at the Italian Bar Association's Italian cooking class held at Mirepoix, which is a cooking school at Holiday Market in Royal Oak. 

Pictures follow, but we each participated in making some the following:  steak, chicken, assorted butters (mushroom, bacon and cheese), Italian wedding soup, focaccia, pesto, ravioli, brussel sprouts, grilled romaine, and other items.  We spent about 2 hours prepping & cooking and one hour eating.  Fantastic time had by all.

Participating were:  Jim Soltis, Priscilla Watts and her friend Joanne, Sandy Kretzschmar and Lisa Bohlen.  Ashley Ruokis and some other friends from Attorneys Title joined us.
